A: Generally, we pack each product in white plastic bags,then pack it in neutral white/brown boxes ,finally put them in brown cartons.
Q3. What is your terms of payment?A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Usually,we send goods by express like DHL,UPS,TNT,ARAMEX,EMS etc,it according to your country.Of course shipping by sea or by air also can accept,we will help you to choose the most cost effective way according to your goods and your country.

A: Generally, it will take 3-7 working days after receiving your advance payment if the items you ordered in stock . Otherwise it may need 10-30 days.
Q6. Can you provide us samples before bulk order ?

A:We will resend you a new one if there just small quantity of defective items.
For large quantity defective items,we need you to send them back,so that we can test them again to find problem,then improve it,we will pay the shipping cost of send back.
